Institute of Just Right Technology

A major initiative of the Institute is providing proper Afrikan Centered S.T.E.M. education. A part of that task is acquiring as much information as possible from the outside world that has stolen our information and legacy where Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math is concerned. Please review the links below to begin the education process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will discover two constants where S.T.E.M. education from white and european prospective is concerned. First, they will always start with their story or His-tory around the subject matter which always stuns us like a deer on the road. The stories make no sense and are irrelevant to the topic at hand. This fact starts the process of disconnection to the subject matter and leaves a huge cognitive gap in the learning process for Afrikans. This constant leads our brightest minds and most creative thinkers making comments such as, "I'm not good at Math", "Science is not my subject", or "In order to get that job, you must be good at Math and Science", which of course after casting the spell in the previous two statements is damn near impossible. The second constant is that all four subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) work together and many of the sub-categories are interchangeable. The point here is that the information contained in these subjects are meant to be taught as one because it creates the proper context and purpose of why we move forward or maintain what exists. Studying the S.T.E.M. fields from a white/ european prospective will have you looking for answers to questions that are not questions at all but simply reality and nature constantly teaching and reminding us of our purpose. And with all that being said, I advise you look over the following links ad resources carefully and with extreme prejudice. Get the content you require and move one. Skip the stories and find the formulas. Peace and Blessings.

In this basic course students will development a connection between the use of technology and the purpose of liberation in order to maintain holistic Afrikan values.

The class is still offered primarily online through the Fawohodie Sua Online Classes as well as independently through the Institute of Just Right Technology but are working on offering the class live for the community Harlem, NY.

The Institute of Just Right Technology Pt.2

Greetings, This article is part two from an earlier discussion about creating a stronger foundation to teach STEM field subject matter to the community. (Click here for article). Since then we have mocked a logo, below.
We have also created three initiatives that focus STEM education through preexisting community centers, summer camps, home schooling cooperatives, academics and after school programs

Lastly, we have launched an intense online learning experience for those students that have taken the "Introduction to Basic HTML for Afrikans" via the blackboard system that is used on thousands of college campuses nationwide. IMPORTANT NOTE: While we do not believe that higher education is a practical solution for ALL Afrikans, the competitive nature of the programs, tools, and resources at the collegiate level are crucial for Afrikan liberation. When ever possible Brother Jason and the efforts through the Institute of Just Right Technology will continue to procure those items for our community.

Below you will find a slideshow that gives you a peek into the ideas for that experience.
